免費學英文-善用政府資源 @ 姚佩吟的免費學習資源站

今天和一個朋友聊起有沒有什麼免費可以學英文的"網站",當然有的,只是現在數位學習內容大都放在"學習平台"上,以下列舉政府資源,其數位學習平台內的語文課程,可供自行學習。但都要註冊登入,而公務人員的數位學習平台,則是要有公務人員身份才能登入學習課程。
